It’s been a year for the books. And while there have been some major hurdles, we have been continually impressed by the resiliency, adaptability and hard work shown by our industry day in and day out. We especially acknowledge the role our dedicated clients and advocates play in supporting a more accountable title industry, a better borrower experience and enhanced secondary scalability. That support is why reQuire is always looking for ways to further simplify the pre- and post-closing process, with an eye toward making our technology, offerings and customer service experience second-to-none.

While 2021 gave us all a bit of double-vision in the wake of 2020—the ever-present COVID threat, sustained title volume trends, the solidification of closing technology usage, exponential home price and housing demand growth and changing workforce dynamics—we hope to continue supporting you and your business as we move into 2022, together.
