reQuest is Now Better than Ever

It’s true. We listened to input from hundreds of reQuire partners—maybe even you—and found ways to deliver a better reQuest experience. You asked us to improve our platform so you have more time in your day, not less. Also, you asked us to make the interface more user friendly in every way.

Designed with YOU in Mind

Based on your input, we completely overhauled our reQuest platform from the ground up to create a true web-based portal that is fast, modern and highly intuitive. The new portal allows you to input and track orders quicker, and new features let you view all of your order activity in real-time—increasing efficiency and order accuracy.

Best-In-Class Partners Deserve Best-In-Class Technology and Design

Our new reQuest portal was designed on the Angular development platform; a high-performance dynamic framework originally created by Google.

In addition to the simplified appearance, we streamlined the order-entry process, and created a single-view dashboard that provides an at-a-glance look at your order activity, performance statistics and payment status.

Additional enhancements include:

  • Fast and intuitive menu navigation
  • User profile access
  • Sortable order views
  • Online access to Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)

Start Using the New reQuest Portal Today

The new reQuest portal is available to all reQuire partners. For those currently using a direct integration with one of our escrow and closing software partners, there will be no changes to how you currently place orders, but you will be able to use the new portal to view all orders submitted to reQuire.

To get started, simply download the reQuire QRGs below and follow the instructions for how to login for the first time, understand the navigation menus, and how to enter and edit orders.

Our list of escrow and closing partners include:

  • Closers’ Choice
  • E-Closing
  • Landtech
  • Qualia Marketplace
  • RamQuest Closing Market
  • ResWare
  • SoftPro 360
  • TSS

If you’re manually entering orders in reQuest and you use one of the software applications listed above, please contact us right away to learn whether moving to a direct integration is right for you.
